Individual Sessions

Individual sessions may be a preferable option if you would like to practice without others present. Amanda can adapt the practice to what you find useful. In one on one sessions, Amanda can change levels of choice, interception, and forms to you. This could mean that the entire practice is chair based, that the level of physical engagement is increased or decreased, or that certain triggering forms can be avoided or slowly work through.  

Cost: $50 per session

Session Length: 50 minutes, 5 minutes of processing and feedback, 55 total minutes

Sessions are available online through Google Meet but may be scheduled in person for a higher rate ($75) depending on availability of the studio at Mindful Mountain Yoga in Amherst, VA.
